The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment needed. During your first visit our clinical staff will perform a 3-D digital xray of the tooth in question (not all of your teeth). This image utilizes CT Scan technology and allows the Dr to see items not present on a traditional dental xray. The Dr will then do an extenive and thorough clinical exam. Based on the findings he will discuss the recommended treatment, probable number of visits and their length and anticipated result. Our financial coordinator will review the fees involved and your out of pocket responsibilities. We participate with most major insurance plans and offer payment options including MC/V, AMEX, check, cash and Care Credit. Co-payments are due at the time of service. A 3% fee will be administered if payment is made with a debit or credit card. We will make every effort to insure financial transactions are seemless and expect the same from our patients. We offer convenient payment plans (over $600) through Care Credit (www.carecredit.com) PLEASE NOTE: We do not do billing and a credit/debit card must be kept on file until all treatment and accounts are complete. Once your account is $0, the information is destoryed and will never be stored in our computer.
